Legend Left – Axial T2WI shows a fronto-parietal mass with increased signal in the white matter with extension to the gray matter, fairly well-defined and with minimal mass effect. Right – Axial FLAIR confirms the findings and also shows some punctuate non-specific bright lesions at the subcortical frontal white matter.
