Legend
Axial T2 (left), coronal (middle) and sagittal (right) T1 weighted images show a oval-
shaped supra and intrasellar lesion with predominant hypersignal on both T1 and T2 weighted
images (most likely blood or fluid with increased protein content). The apparent
fluid-fluid level on the axial image is likely due to intracellular methemoglobin or debris
settling at the bottom.
