Legend
Axial T2 FSE (left) and sagittal T1WIs (right) show a solid, well defined, slightly lobulated
mass, adjacent to the corpus callosum, with bright signal on both sequences but less on the T2.
Note how the mass is draped over the corpus callosum, which is hypoplastic.
Legend
Right – axial T1WI shows the mass with increased signal in the interhemispheric fissure.
Middle and left – Coronal and Axial T1 fat-suppressed postcontrast images disclose signal
loss within the mass (as well as within the subcutaneous fat), confirming the fat content
of the lesion. There is no enhancement.
