Post contrast T1W images demonstrate enhancement along the superior aspect of the
right lateral ventricle and posterior right parietal lobe. Mild mass effect is present
on the right lateral ventricle. Spectroscopic analysis of the area of interest in the
posterior parietal lobe demonstrates an increased Choline peak and decreased NAA.
