of the left internal capsule, left posterior corona radiata, right thalamus, and
peri-atrial white matter bilaterally.

On sagittal FLAIR images, lesions have an orientation perpendicular to the lateral
ventricles in a pattern described as "Dawson's fingers". Images also show
subcallosal striations and a “dot-dash” pattern along the ependyma.
