There is focal increased caliber of the cervical cord (all sequences) at the C2-3 level
with focal T2 signal prolongation extending to the tip of the dens superiorly and to
the top of C4 inferiorly. Post gadolinium images reveal focal enhancement in the right
ventrolateral aspect of the cord at C2-3.
