Sagittal and Axial T2W images of the lumbar spine. There is a well-defined T2
hyperintense extradural lesion in the left lateral recess at L4-5, displacing
the L5 nerve root medially on the axial views. Severe facet arthrosis is also
present on the left at L4-5.
