Axial T2 and FLAIR images show multiple cystic lesions within both choroid plexuses.
The lesions do not suppress completely on FLAIR. No hydrocephalus. No mass effect
or midline shift.

Noncontrast T1WI reveals hypointense lesions. DWI/ADC images show high signal
on the DWI but increased ADC, indicating no restricted diffusion.
