Legend
Sag/ Cor T1 and Axial Flair shows a well-marginated sellar mass extending into
the suprasellar cistern, with mass effect on the optic chiasm. The mass is
asymmetric to the right within the sella. The mass is hyperintense to brain
on T1 and does not suppress completely on FLAIR. The carotids are patent.
Legend
Post contrast Sag/Coronal through the sella show no definite enhancement of the
mass. Enhancing gland parenchyma is stretched around the mass.
