Axial T1 Pre contrast images show an aggressive expansile soft tissue mass
in the right face which infiltrates the right maxillary sinus and right sphenoid
bone. Axial T1FS (fat-suppressed) image shows heterogenous enhancement.

Post contrast T1FS Axial and Coronal images show enhancing soft tissue expanding
the cavernous sinus and Meckel’s cave, with extension anteriorly into the foramen
rotundum and posteriorly along the Vth cranial nerve into the lateral pontine
cistern. Abnormal tissue also noted within right maxillary sinus, masticator
space, pterygopalatine fossa, inferior orbital fissure, and inferior orbit.
