Legend
Sagittal T2 and Axial T2 of the lumbar spine show a large cystic mass with CSF
signal characteristics arising from the dorsal aspect of the sacrum. Nerve roots
course through the cyst. The spinal cord continues inferiorly into the sacral
region, and neural tissue lines the left posterior lateral aspect of the large cyst.
