Axial T2 images through the brain show a large irregular tangle of flow voids in
the left posterior temporal and occipital lobes, extending across the white matter
and cortical surfaces. The feeding arteries arise from the left PCA, and large
veins drain toward the brain surface.
Axial T1 Pre/Post Gad and Coronal Post Gad images redemonstrate a large vascular
structures in the left posterior temporal lobe and crossing into the occipital
lobe. Some contrast enhancement is noted in the center of the lesion.
