Axial T2, FLAIR, and T1 images through the skull base show a lesion in the right
CPA angle that has CSF signal characteristics on all sequences. No mass effect
or edema seen in brainstem.
Legend
AX/Cor T1 with Gad, DWI and CISS images show no enhancement of the lesion and
no restricted diffusion. The lesion displaces the Right CN X medially.
