Legend
Sag T2, SagT1, and Axial T2 images through the lower thoracic spine show a large
intradural extramedullary mass with marked posterior displacement of the cord.
The mass is multilobulated and isointense to the cord on T1. There is
heterogenous appearance on T2. Normal bone marrow is seen.
Legend
Sagittal and Axial T1FS with Gad show marked homogenous enhancement of the
lesion. No other abnormal enhancement is present.
