Legend Axial T1W and T2W (with fat sat) images of the face shows a large mass involving the sphenopalatine foramen/Pterygopalatine fossa, extending into infratemporal fossa, nasal cavity, and left maxillary and sphenoid sinuses.

Legend Post-gadolinium images show that the avidly enhancing mass extends into the left orbit and left cavernous sinus as well.
