Axial T1W and T2W (with fat sat) images of the face shows a large mass
involving the sphenopalatine foramen/Pterygopalatine fossa, extending into
infratemporal fossa, nasal cavity, and left maxillary and sphenoid sinuses.
Post-gadolinium images show that the avidly enhancing mass extends into
the left orbit and left cavernous sinus as well.
Angiography demonstrates tumor blush of this mass from internal and
external carotid injections.
