Axial T2W and T1W sequences demonstrating asymmetric enlargement of the right cavernous sinus
with complete replacement by a heterogeneous mass which appears to contain both solid and cystic
components. The lesion appears to be extra – axial with no intra axial spread.
Legend
Post contrast images demonstrate marked enhancement of the lesion within the cavernous sinus
and Meckel’s cave, with a central area of less enhancement.
