Legend
Axial T2W (fat-suppressed) and T1W sequences demonstrate left globe proptosis due to a large
fusiform left retrobulbar, intraconal mass, that has the appearance of a solid, tubular,
well-defined enlargement of optic nerve-sheath complex . Punctate linear hypointense foci
are identified within the mass.
Legend
Axial, coronal fat suppressed post contrast images through the globes demonstrate bulky
enhancing mass circumferentially (axial images) and eccentrically (coronal images) surrounding
the optic nerve. This has a "tram-track"appearance.
