Legend
Axial CECT show an irregular heterogeneous mass in the right parotid gland. The inferior cut
demonstrates intralesional dystrophic appearing calcification. In addition, there are enlarged
conglomerate ipsilateral jugulodigastric lymph nodes with central necrosis, suggesting malignant
etiology to the parotid mass with nodal spread.
