Sagittal, axial T1W sequences demonstrating marked overgrowth of the left cerebral hemisphere
particularly the left parietal and occipital lobes with abnormal cortical signal and an associated
large ipsilateral ventricle . Broad featureless gyri with shallow sulci are noted in the left
occipital lobe.

Axial, Coronal, Sagittal T2W images confirm the T1 abnormalities. Additional findings include
irregularity along the lining of the atrium of the left lateral ventricle following grey matter
signal. There is marked elevation of the branches of left ACA which appear tortuous and bizarre.
Also present are dysgenesis of the posterior body and splenium of the corpus callosum.
The vascular flow voids seem prominent as well.
