Axial and sagittal images through the brain demonstrating lateral ventricular prominence
and capping of the frontal horns. The inferior recesses of the 3rd ventricle appear
slightly enlarged. Incidental presence of a partially empty sella.

Axial T2WIs show increased fluid around optic nerves within the optic sheaths. The optic
disks bulge slightly into the vitreous. Post contrast images demonstrate enhancement at the
optic nerve heads and along the optic sheaths bilaterally.
