Polypoid masses involving nasal cavity & sinuses mixed with chronic inflammatory secretions
of sinuses. There are superimposed air fluid levels in the maxillary sinuses indicating acute
on chronic pathology.

Non contrast coronal images through the sinus demonstrating soft tissue involvement of the
nasal cavities and ethmoid sinuses. There is occlusion of both the OMU’s by soft tissue
masses causing obstruction. No intracranial or intra orbital extension is noted.
