Legend
Postcontrast CT demonstrates nodular soft tissue thickening and enhancement
of the left true and false vocal cords extending anteriorly to involve the
anterior commissure. Also, the mass has eroded through the left anterior
thyroid cartilage to involve the anterior strap muscles.
