Legend T2-weighted and FLAIR sequences demonstrate a large lobulated left frontal lobe hyperintense mass with irregular, nodular hypointensity laterally. There is associated mass effect, effacement of the left lateral ventricle, and rightward midline shift, as well as surrounding vasogenic edema.
