T2-weighted sagittal sequence of the thoracic spine demonstrates a heterogeneous,
mildly-hyperintense, dorsal extradural mass. Pre- and post-contrast T1-weighted
sequences demonstrate enhancement of the dorsal extradural mass, which
involves the surrounding marrow of the left posterolateral vertebral body, left
pedicle, and bilateral posterior processes and extends through the adjacent
left neural foramen and along the medial left extrapleural space.
Legend
Pre- and post-contrast T1 and T2 sequences of the spine demonstrates
diffusely heterogeneous signal and enhancement of the marrow.
