Legend
Noncontrast T2- and T1-weighted sequences demonstrate a large, lobulated mass
that partially-encases the internal carotid and basilar arteries, as well as the sellar
contents. The mass demonstrates hyperintense T2 and hypointense T1 signal.
Legend
Postcontrast, fat-suppressed sequences demonstrates mild heterogeneous
enhancement of the lobulated mass centered on the clivus. The pituitary gland
is elevated superiorly. Noncontrast CT demonstrates a hypodense mass
eroding the central skull base without definite chondroid or osseous matrix.
