larger on the right than left, containing T1-hyperintense material.
Postcontrast coronal and sagittal, fat-suppressed T1-weighted sequences
of the sella (top and bottom right) demonstrate a non-enhancing lobulated
mass in the right sella that abuts the right internal cavernous carotid artery.
