Legend
Images 1 & 2: Axial T2 weighted images shows hyperintense lesion
involving both gray and white matter in the region of anterior Lt temporal
lobe, insular cortex, and inferior frontal lobe.
Legend
Image 3: Axial T2 weighted image demonstrates again the Lt temporal lobe
high signal lesion, with edema and thickening of the cortex.
Image 4: Axial post gadolinium T1 weighted image reveals no parenchymal
enhancement but thin linear enhancement within the sulci, probably representing
engorged pial vessels due to focal hyperemia. The previously noted temporal
lobe abnormality lesion is seen as subtle low signal area.
