Images 1, 2 and 3: Sagittal T2 and T1 weighted images of the lumbar
spine show an epidural mass lesion of comparable signal to the disc.
The lesion is located in the anterior aspect of spinal canal at lower L2 level.
Image 4: Axial T2 weighted image demonstrates the lesion in the Rt anterolateral
aspect of the epidural space with resultant compression on the thecal sac.
Images 5 and 6: Axial and sagittal post gadolinium fat saturation T1 weighted
images show the intense peripheral enhancement of the lesion.
