Legend T2 sagittal, T1 sagittal, axial T2 (top) and axial T1 (bottom) images are presented. Loss of disc height is seen at L4-L5 and L5-S1. There is a disc bulge at L4-5 and herniated disc with osteophyte formation and end-plate changes at L5-S1. L5-S1 left paracentral disc extrusion is evident on the axial images with obliteration of the lateral recess.
