internal auditory canals demonstrate enhancement of the right facial nerve.
This enhancement involves the intracanalicular and labyrinthine portions of the
right facial nerve adjacent to the geniculate ganglion, with asymmetric
enhancement of the geniculate ganglion and genu compared to the left.
