Legend
The brain is markedly abnormal, with monoventricle seen, along with fused thalami
(coronal image upper right). There is no interhemispheric fissure or other cerebral
midline structures, consistent with failure of cerebral cleavage development.
There is a large dorsal cyst. There is an asymmetrically enlarged left globe, along
with abnormal ethmoid sinus development.
