mass with nerve-like signal intensity at the L1-2 level.
Middle & Right: T2WIs disclose a heterogeneous high signal mass.
Left: Sagittal T1WI again shows the foraminal lesion.
Middle: Axial T2WI shows the mildly hyperintense oval lesion in the foramen,
which is slightly larger diameter than the right foramen.
Top & bottom right: Axial T1WIs without and with gadolinium show
homogeneous enhancement of the lesion.
