Legend
Axial & sagittal T2 (fat suppressed) and T1-weighted (upper Rt) images reveal
a left intraconal lesion which causes medial displacement of the intraconal
portion of the left optic nerve. The lesion is of mixed signal intensity, containing
hyper- and isointense regions on the T2 sequences.
Legend
Axial and coronal fat-saturated images show heterogeneous enhancement
of the lesion with gadolinium.
Lateral views of a left internal carotid artery angiogram show inferior displacement
of the ophthalmic artery but no hypervascularity or contrast filling of the lesion.
