An intraocular mass having low signal relative to the vitreous on a T2 axial
image (1) arises from the posterior aspect of the right globe. The mass is
high signal relative to the vitreous on the T1 image (2).
Gd-enhanced images (5 & 6 fat suppressed) show bright enhancement of the mass.
Multiplanar images reveal a more superior origin of the mass with extension along
the retina anteriorly and posteriorly on image 4.
