Legend
Lt upper and lower images: Sagittal T2 weighted images of cervical spine
show well-defined central hyperintense tubular lesion extending the whole
length of cervical spinal cord down to upper dorsal cord. Dessication with
posterior bulging is seen in multiple discs.
Rt top & middle images: Axial T2 weighted images at C2 and C5 levels
respectively show again the intramedullary hyperintense lesion.
Lt bottom image: Axial post gadolinium fat suppression T1 weighted image
at C5 level demonstrates the intramedullary lesion as low intensity area with
no contrast enhancement.

Lt upper and lower images: Sagittal T2 and post gadolinium T1 weighted images
of thoracic spine show the extension of the intramedullary lesion down to lower distal
spinal cord. No contrast enhancement is seen.
Rt top & bottom images: Axial T2 weighted images at T5 and T9 levels respectively
show the high signal intramedullary lesion with some expansion of the cord at T9 level.
Rt middle image: Axial post gadolinium T1 weighted image demonstrates again the
low signal intramedullary lesion without enhancement.

All images: Axial CT myelogram at T6, T7, T9 & T11 in bone window show
some degree of cord expansion in lower dorsal spinal cord. No bony
abnormality is detected.
