signal intensities within this mass, separated by complex septa.
Top middle: Sagittal T1WI confirms the multi-compartmental mass
in the posterior neck.
Bottom: Axial and sagittal images with gadolinium and fat suppression
show enhancing margins and septa of this complex cystic mass.
