ear cavity, destroying the ossicles. The Prussak's space is completely
obliterated, and the epitympanic space is enlarged.
Right top and bottom: coronal images show similar findings. Note the
destruction of the scutum. The tegmen is intact.
CT images of the right ear also show soft tissue lesion in the middle ear with
partial filling of the Prussak's space. The malleus and incus are destroyed.
Note the presence of the stapes at the oval window, and the scutum.
