Axial T2WI's show a large hyperintense mass in the right cerebellopontine
angle centering over the right IAC. There is extension into the IAC.
Significant mass effect on the brain stem and right cerebellum can be
appreciated. Note the tortuous basilar artery with impression on the pons.
