Axial T2WI's show a large hyperintense mass in the right cerebellopontine
angle centering over the right IAC. There is extension into the IAC.
Significant mass effect on the brain stem and right cerebellum can be
appreciated. Note the tortuous basilar artery with impression on the pons.
Left: axial T1WI with gadolinium shows that this lesion is partially cystic with
peripheral enhancement. Note again the enhancing basilar artery on the left.
Right top & bottom: coronal T1WI's with gadolinium. There is some
expansion of the right IAC. Note the left laterally deviated basilar artery.
